This first session includes a movement assessment, discussion of your goals, and a customized training plan. You’ll also go through a light workout so I can evaluate strength, mobility, and conditioning.

Please arrive in workout attire and bring water.

If you have any injuries, limitations, or specific goals (fat loss, strength, athletic performance, etc.), feel free to share them before the session so I can tailor the assessment.
